I second Mass Romantic, if not as a top album, as an awesome one worth consideration.
I gotta strike Music Has a Right...it was released in 98.
Also, can we really count the Beatles? I know it was released in the Aughts, but it was recorded a long time ago...
It is a really good album though.
If we're not counting the Beatles, perhaps we should mention Battles. "Mirrored" is an very good record.
